Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Returning or Exchanging goods from Percy’s online store..
Please contact Percy’s by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 1300-764-882 if you need to return a product purchased from Percy’s online store, you will then be provided with instructions on how to proceed.
Percy’s will exchange goods, provided they are in re-saleable condition and you have your original proof of purchase from Percy’s online store. If you are returning the item because you have changed your mind, the item must be returned within 14 days of the email which states your item has shipped. Faulty or shipped in error items may be returned for refund or exchange with proof of purchase.
Mobile Phones, Aerials, Books and other items shipped sealed or shrink-wrapped must be returned in original sealed / shrink-wrapped condition if you are requesting a change-of-mind exchange.
Please also note that publishers may sometimes alter a product's cover or change the described contents. In such cases, if you are unhappy with the product supplied please return it together with a copy of your invoice and we will issue an exchange.
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Percy’s within 7 days and follow their instructions for returns.
The cost of returning any product to Percy’s is your responsibility. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is mis-bound or faulty we will refund reasonable return freight costs. Freight charges are not refunded where an item is returned for a change-of-mind exchange.
We will make every effort to process items returned to Percy’s online store within 3 business days of receipt at our online office. Please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer's procedures.
